UNDERSTANDING OUR AUCTION PROCESS
BEFORE YOU BID
To ensure a smooth and fair auction experience for everyone involved, we ask all buyers and sellers to review our most important auction
policies and guidelines before attending. While not every rule is listed on our website, we have included many of the
key details to help you prepare. If you have any questions, our team is always happy to assist.
IF YOU ARE BUYING A VEHICLE, OBTAIN A BID NUMBER FROM THE FRONT OFFICE BEFORE THE AUCTION BEGINS.
All buyers must be 18 or older.
VEHICLES ARE SOLD AS IS, NO WARRANTY.
You may inspect vehicles before the auction begins.
IF YOU ARE THE WINNING BIDDER, YOU MUST PUT DOWN A DEPOSIT TO HOLD THE VEHICLE UNTIL YOU ARE ABLE TO REMOVE IT FROM OUR LOT.
Vehicles must be removed from our lot within two business days after purchase. The remaining balance will be due at the time of vehicle pick up. Payment can be made in cash or cashiers check.
ANYONE SELLING A VEHICLE MUST REGISTER IT BEFORE THE AUCTION.
You must be in possession of the title of the vehicle, and it must be in YOUR name. Also, make sure you have photo identification.
A FEE IS NECESSARY WHEN A VEHICLE IS REGISTERED AND AGAIN AFTER IT IS SOLD.
The seller fee varies depending on the type of vehicle.
IF YOUR VEHICLE IS NOT SOLD, THE TITLE WILL BE RETURNED TO YOU AND YOU MAY LEAVE WITH YOUR VEHICLE.
Your registration fee will not be returned to you.
